It is with heavy hearts that we share the tragic news of the passing of our friend and coach, Lorenzo “Zo” DiPasquale. Zo passed away early last week, and his loss has left a deep impact on all who knew him. His presence at SOBO Strength and Performance, where he was not just a coach but a beloved member of the community, will be profoundly missed.

Zo was the kind of person who always went out of his way to make others feel seen. Whether he was greeting someone with his signature smile or pushing someone to reach their full potential, his positivity and kindness knew no bounds. We’ll always remember the way he could light up a room, making everyone feel welcome and valued.

Though we didn’t get to spend nearly as much time with him as we would have liked, those moments were enough to see just how special Zo was. His ability to make people feel comfortable, and his commitment to pushing himself—and everyone around him—was truly one of a kind. He was always ready to get out of his comfort zone and inspire others to do the same.
