Ralph Fulmore Jr. Florence County Vehicle Crash Death and Obituary: A Life Of Service
The Florence County community is heartbroken following the tragic death of Ralph Fulmore Jr., 36, a dedicated paramedic with Florence County EMS. Fulmore died Wednesday evening in a two-vehicle crash on Highway 501 near Snipes Road in Marion County. Authorities confirmed that Fulmore, the sole fatality in the collision, was in a 2000 Chevrolet pickup that was struck by a southbound 2015 Lincoln Navigator.
Florence County EMS honored Fulmore as a hardworking professional and devoted family man. “Though our hearts are heavy, we are proud of Ralph’s accomplishments and his dedication to his work. He was a passionate paramedic who worked tirelessly, but it was his family that meant the world to him. Ralph was a loving son, fiancé, and father, and his family motivated him every day,” the agency said in a tribute.
The Florence County Sheriff’s Office and Horry County Fire Rescue both expressed their condolences, recognizing the significant loss to the community. “Our heartfelt sympathies go out to Florence County EMS on the loss of our brother,” said the Florence County Sheriff’s Office.
