Authorities reported that Conti was attempting a left turn onto Hopson Hill Road when the motorcycle collided with the passenger side of the truck.
Following the impact, the motorcycle became lodged beneath the vehicle, and McClelland was found in the roadway with serious injuries. He was transported to UPMC Hamot for emergency treatment but later succumbed to his injuries. Officials confirmed that he was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.
