A proud graduate of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Chicago, Eric continually refined his craft, approaching cooking not just as a career, but as his true passion, his form of expression, and a way to connect deeply with others.
Those fortunate enough to know Eric recall not only his impressive culinary abilities but also the kindness and authenticity he shared in every interaction. He was a true friend, always willing to engage in long conversations about food, life, and aspirations.
